BRYLIANT LAW GROUP began its journey in 2018 under the name “DESTRA.” Over the years, our team has expanded its areas of specialization and practice.

The renaming of the company in July 2023 became a symbol of a new stage in our development. Only in the hands of a professional does a rough diamond become a true gem. Areas of Practice: Administrative Disputes, Land Disputes, Construction and Real Estate.

Legal Experience: 11 years.

She represents clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process, including the enforcement of court judgments.

Her expertise covers dispute resolution with government bodies, tax liability optimization, business protection in land disputes, audits of residential and commercial real estate, and legal support for clients investing in real estate.

She has successful cases protecting the rights of foreigners in migration matters.

Since 2023, she has been the Head of the Vinnytsia Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Mariia Sakharova

Partner, Attorney

Areas of Practice: Family and Inheritance Law, Private Client Practice, Corporate and Contract Law.

Legal Experience: 6 years.

She represents private individuals in family and inheritance matters, as well as property rights protection cases. She helps develop individual defense strategies at various stages of conflict, with the possibility of alternative dispute resolution.

She provides legal assistance during negotiations and deal closing. She has significant experience drafting contracts of varying complexity and specificity. Her legal expertise includes business creation and support, considering aspects of corporate law, competition law, and intellectual property rights.

Since 2024, she has been the Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Dariia Sulyma

Attorney

Areas of Practice: Medical Law, International Law.

Legal Experience: 10 years.

She protects the interests of medical institutions and medical staff, and provides legal support for medical facilities, including obtaining and amending medical practice licenses.

She provides legal advice on doing business abroad, opening accounts, and paying taxes in foreign jurisdictions. She has extensive experience drafting international contracts, negotiating with foreign partners, and resolving disputes with foreign partners and clients.

Since 2023, she has been the Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
